Job Description:
Person should be B.E / M.Tech in Metallurgy with hands on experience in Steel Making by EAF / LF route having thorough knowledge of usage and applications of various consumables like Graphite Electrodes, Ferro Alloys, Refractories, Cored Wires, Casting powders etc. Person will be responsible for providing Technical Support to overseas clients with additional responsibility of developing the business. Persons having shop floor experience in SMS or having product knowledge / applications of consumable should apply for full bio-data. Persons with Technical acumen and aptitude to learn and implement product wise applications, can also apply.

Desired Candidate Profile:
# Should have worked in an SMS ( Steel Melting Shop )
# should have knowledge of using consumables like Graphite Electrodes, refractories, Ferro Alloys, Cored Wires, Casting powders etc. and their working parameters.
# should be able to handle trouble shooting / complaints from the customer ( mainly overseas )
# should be ready to travel frequently and if need be to be posted outside India
