Job Description:
1.Ensure and supervise labor law compliances like ESI and PF benefits, minimum wages, Shop and Estd. Act and Contract Labour Act. etc. are met at Pan India Level

2.Liaison with statutory bodies under labor Laws for registration, licenses, renewals etc. at Pan India Level

3.Conduct Statutory Audits for Pan India Clients

4.Provide necessary guidance and updates related to various labour law amendments/notification etc. to clients and team members.

5.Interface with Pan India Clients
