Job Description:
To conduct Voice Coaching or training in Communication, Accent Neutralisation, Grammar, Soft Skills , Behavioral skills for companies in various domain

Desired Candidate Profile:
Previous experience in a similar profile .Should have at least three or more years of experience in an International Call Centre as a Voice Coach / Communication Coach / V & A Trainer / Language Trainer / Team Leader or three years of English language teaching experience. Training experience is not essential for people with customer service background or experience in handling a team. Should be able to speak and write excellent English. Execellent presentation skills. Candidates should be willing to do shifts and floorwalking/voice coaching if required and should be open to travel.
