Job Description:
The person shall be a design oriented person and shall handle P& S vertical and report to the General Manager. The role shall involve Concept design, Budgetory estimates,detailed design,of Plumbing & sanitary works for Residential, Commmercial, Industrial applications..,preparation of tender, guiding the team for preparation of BOQ and drgs, attending design workshops, technical evaluation of tender and vendors, quality audits at site, verification of close out documentation.
Should have knowledge of cold/hot water systems, STP, Strom, soil,waste,vent drainage, rainwater harvesting etc
He/she will be responsible for the timelines and accuracy of the deliverables of his department and shall coordinate with other services.
He/she should have good communication skills and should be a team player. Should have a flair for new concepts and update in the products.

A Graduate/Diploma holder in Mechanical / Civil Engineering with 8-10 years of experience in the industry
