Responsibility
As a Material Coordinator was responsible for :
- Receive goods from suppliers and check the item against Purchase Order and the supplier’s delivery order. Sign and stamp the delivery order after verifying the items are in proper condition
- Update the receiving items on the system and print the receiving report. Submit all suppliers’ D.O together with receiving note to Account Department in daily basis
- Monitoring / Controlling material receiving, pre/joint inspection storage and delivering material for project
- Monitoring materials flow and coordinating with subcontractor and client
- Prepare and Maintain damage & loss report, Material register, MTO Files, AP item register, Commissioning register, SI Expediting report
