Job Description:
Implementing Effective Stores Processes, as in
Receipt of Material:
1. Check for proper receipt of material
2. Generating GRN / Ensure Safe Storing
3. Maintenance of Relevant Registers
4. Arrange for Inspection / Permit Entry
Issue of Material:
- Timely Issues / Recording / Generating Annexures
- Ensuring proper documentation of the above
Repacking of Material
- Ensure to use quality approved with proper labeled packing material
Other Tasks
- Ensure compliance to QMS/EMS; and maintenance of quality records / documentation
- Identify potential hazards
- Implement EMS & EMP requirements relevant to work area
- Coordination with Purchase / generation of monthly and YTD reports
Desired Candidate Profile:
Candidate having ERP knowledge, latest inventory control concept; knowledge of strores procedures and having high proficiency in computers need apply. The position is Mahad based. Candidates willing to relocate to Mahad need ONLY apply
