Job Description:
Owner of the Physical Security Procedure.

Will ensure execution of the Security Process in the Circle as per guidelines issued by Airtel Center from time to time.

To execute all activities related to safety of Critical locations in the Circle.

He will report to CEO/COO and Hub Nodal Officer

To get Security Audits done by Internal/External Agencies.

To ensure strict compliance of Fire safety..

Executing all Policies related to Security, Safety and Crisis management..
Overseeing Circle Security Operations involving all Circle Buildings and Critical Buildings located in the Circle

Implement Security Contracts with deployment of Guards.

Assessing Security Threat Perception in the Circles and execute recommend deployment of Security Guards accordingly
Guiding Circles in all Security and Safety related Matters


1.Head all Security related issues of the Circle.

2.Evolve site specific Security Processes and ensure its Implementation all across the Circles.

3.Organize a Security set up in the Buildings.

To ensure the effective implementation of Airtel Security related processes, Guidelines & Instructions received from MO/ Corporate office time-to-time,


To actively interact, coordinate and liaison with Police and other security agencies at the Circle level on security & related issues, as and when required.


8. Maintain 24x7 Security Readiness Will formulate and supervise a planned schedule for Safety and security..

Will execute the Operation.

Will coordinate deployment of Guards on in the Building and analyze threat requirements.

Preparation and sending of Management Information Systems.

1.Will anticipate work load and plan emergencies during any terrorist attack and law and order issues in the Circle

2.Execute policies for the protection of all vital Installations of Mobility including MSCs and Data Centers .

3.Will execute Emergency related processes both for Routine and Emergency Situations to all the Mobility

4.Assist in Safety and Security Audits of all the Buildings across the Circle

5.Compliances :-

a.Ensure all Central and State Govt. level regulations are strictly adhered.

b.Security Vendor Management in the Circle
