Job Description:
As a Secretary, your profile will be.......

(1) Incoming call management
(2) Handling and managing incoming and outgoing post
(3) Ordering supplies (stationary etc) and keeping inventory
(4) Maintaining an efficient filling and document retrieval system
(5) Maintaining employee leave schedules
(6) Managing recruitment of new employees
(7) New employee admin – ensuring all requirements are met i.e. contracts etc
(8) Employee leaving – ensuring all requirements are met i.e. handover of company property.
(9) Travel admin – Air tickets/hotel booking for visiting director/employee
(10) Diary Management
(11) Maintaining All AMCs
(12) Co ordination with overseas offices.
(13) Pre Meeting Arrangements

Desired Candidate Profile:
1. Graduate
2. Strong Communication Skills
3. Experience - Minimum 2 years
4. Secretarial Practice Course will be an additional advantage
5. Knowledge of foreign language, preferably German would be an added qualification.
