Job Description:
The candidate will have to Coordinate for our London office from our Noida based office. The timings would be between 2pm till 10 pm.
Key responsibilities will involve independent correspondence, taking dictations, travel & hotel arrangements (domestic as well as international), co–ordinating meetings and schedules at the time of overseas travels, screening messages etc
Desired Candidate Profile:
Applicant must be a Graduate or equivalent in a similar or secretarial position with high proficiency in oral, written and e-business communication. Applicant must possess adequate skills in business software (MS Office), file management etc.
