Job Description

The right person will be responsible for the recruitment, management and continuous improvement of ALL HR functions for the Nelcast Limited Machining Division. This right person will be a functional part of the TEAM @ NMD and will be an active participant in Continuous Improvement and implementation of TS16949. Statutory requirements will also be a part of the position requirement and any others as assigned by the Chief Operating Officer.
