Job Description:
Attend to walk in customers’ enquiries on kitchens , brief on product/ installation services.
•Highlighting various aspects of the design and layouts/ visuals using the KCDW/ relevant design software.
•Visiting sites for the complete incorporation of the design and execution as per the customer needs
• Preparation of Final Quotes .
•Keeping the Kitchen Product Management Team at Corporate office informed on any changes in customer requirements , post the final meeting.
•Getting the site completion certificate from the customer
•Generate field enquiries through visits to architects / Interior designers and relevant segments.
•Generate footfalls to store by phone calls to architects/ builders/contractors and relevant segments and drive in footfalls wrt
Field calls made by others .
•Follow up by phone/ e mail customer enquiries and drive towards closure of sale.
• Generate, maintain and send MIS to HO as decided from time to time adhering to the frequency and time deadlines : Daily Activity report including customer statistics report
•Arrange the dispatch of kitchen in coordination with PMG team at HO plus the customers, logistics agency( whether transporter or supplier )
•Ensure display of material as per planogram and as a team member ensure showroom cleanliness/ hygiene

Desired Candidate Profile:
Candidate should be having relevent experience in handling Modular Kitchen Segment in his/her past assignements. Should have interior Designing background with Proper Diploma from Reputed Institute. Candidate having around 2 to 5 years of working experience would be preferred.
