Job Description:
The OM will be responsible to manage all medium to big sized projects on turnkey basis. He/She will be handling a team of 30-35 people. He/She will work with the international clients to gather requirements, prepare detailed specs, set guidelines as well as timelines. To make the team members understand the development and technical plan of the project and monitoring the timely delivery and quality of the project. He/She also required to handle the escalations from clients and provide resolutions of the escalated issues. Also, require to look after the monthly and annual revenue generation from the projects.
