I would like to go to Mussoorie and haridwar on 23rd of January for 5 to 7days holiday from mumbai via Delhi. There is no chance to staying at delhi. Need some advice of tour planning and is there any chance to get snow at Mussoorie? If no, then please suggest me the proper place for snow full holiday...
