* Handling all employee relations activities.
* Grievance handling.
* Handling entire life cycle of the employees' right from joining induction to exit interviews.
* Controlling attrition rate by attending to the employees grievances.
* Handling a head count of 200 + employees regarding employee concerns.
* Ensure Reward & Recognition to be done as per the Turn around Time.
* Handling exit phase of the employees and conducting exit interviews.
* To align the HR processes according to the policies of the organization.
* Ensuring all the HR activities to be performed with in a specified TAT.

Handling core HR generalist role:Performance management, defining KRAs', Attrition analysis, Training and development, Payroll input, exit interviews, MIS handling and employee engagement.,compensation and benefits.
