Job Responsibility :
- Material and consumable receiving inspection & Material test certificates review
- Preparation, witness and review of qualification tests for welding procedure (PQR) and welders/welding operators (WQT).

- Refractory inspection of boiler & re generator
- RT Film Interpretation.
- Determination of Shop Joints and Field Joints. Preparation of Fabrication Drawing’s Joints Marking, Weld Map in Piping Isometric.
- Review and follow up for Tie –in job testing requirements.
- Marking/preparation of As-Built drawings.
- Hydro and pneumatic test witness.
- Preparation of Test Package as per Client Requirements.
- Preparation of Final Check List and punch list follow up for its close out.
