Job Description:
The candidate will be responsible for design and development of the Graphic team of Interactive & Flash Presentations, websites and design works

Responsible for the development of graphic design from initial concept to final completion, working with Creative Director, Graphic Artist, Accounts Manager and Programming teams to ensure the smooth delivery of all projects.
Job duties include planning, work allocation, monitoring and designing diverse electronic variants such as interactive presentations, flash presentations, websites, kiosk and other design peace
Creating and executing design concepts and develops artwork for a variety of Multimedia activities
Working with Art Director to develop design concepts

Ensuring consistency of brand and program identity throughout all stages of project development

Desired Candidate Profile:
You need to have hands full of experience in creating graphic works
Detail oriented, well organized and able to thrive in a deadline-driven environment
Leadership, communication and team building skills
Demonstrated skill managing multiple projects
Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills
Must have excellent working knowledge of Photoshop, coral draw, Illustrator, In-Design, Quark Express, colour theory, typography, Design standards and corporate identity
A strong and diverse portfolio
Experience in handling Indian & international projects
Graphic Artist must possess artistic ability and creative thinking for designing eye-catching and effective graphics
Propose strategies for layouts and artistic concepts and must be able to create visual images that engage and attract
Artist need to be responsive to customer needs; able to create new and original ideas, thorough and detailed
Ensures quality control and that all materials have a consistent look and professional design
Maintains knowledge of changing technologies in electronic publication methods, design and production software
