Job Description:
Roles & Responsibilities:
1.Actively involved in making country reports, country wise company strategy, business opportunity assessment reports, etc. Focus on project reports and research reports
2.Co-ordination with team members to encourage and edit project reports
3.Write effectively to suit the needs of the medium of publication; website, newsletter, trade publication, magazine, newspaper, papers to impact policy
5.Playing the role of one point contact and representative of the center to the internal and external audience to share and highlight the work done by the Center.
6.Setting a calendar for knowledge management which includes events
7.Leverage technology and new medium (internet, blogs, wikis etc.) to effectively communicate
8.Completion of regular research & analysis on the priority accounts for updating the team about clients for better service delivery and business development.
9.Managing the account MIS consisting of current work status, current work engagements, opportunities, meetings, thought leadership initiatives, etc.
10.Coordination for monthly review meetings/ conference calls – framing the agenda, distribution of relevant pre-meeting data and circulating minutes & action points post meeting.
11.Actively engage in the development of a high level Human Capital Knowledge Management strategy
12.Actively support KM projects (both technology and non-technology) to ensure knowledge sharing approach aligns with business strategy.
13.Promote KM strategy and solutions among leadership and professionals. Identify key contact points and build relationships with leaders/professionals/industry experts.
14.Actively partner with segment on segment-specific initiatives, typically in the learning/training, research or marketing arenas that bring bottom line results.
15.Extensive industry analysis, market sizing and forecasting, market share analysis, vendor profiling, strategic recommendations for vendors.

Desired Candidate Profile:
1. Must have Master's degree or higher..
2. Experience 3 Yrs in Knowledge Management.
3. High degree of familiarity with Strong Writing skills, Interpersonal, Persuasion, Leadership,
