Job Description:
Qualification: M.Pharm / M.V.Sc or equivalent degree in one of the following areas Physiology, Behavioral Pharmacology, Metabolic disorder, Cardiovascular Physiology, Immunology, Neuroscience or Oncology.
Experience: 2-5 years of research experience from a Pharma company.
Role:
1.The successful candidate will be responsible for the implementation and completion of in vivo studies to assess drug action in multiple therapeutic areas.
2.This individual will also be responsible for data analysis, presentation and report writing.
Skill Set: Must have experience and training as an in vivo biologist, along with good analytical, organizational and communication skills; Formal training, expertise and/or drug discovery experience in one or more of the following therapeutic areas would be preferred: Metabolic Disease (Diabetes and/or Obesity), Physiology, Behavioral Pharmacology, Cardiovascular Physiology, Immunology, Neuroscience or Oncology; In addition, experience with small animal handling, tissue collection, drug administration and preparation are required.
