Job Description:
Co-ordination with all Senior Executive/ Business Development/Project personnel’s during the setup of new Restaurants and Procuring and renewal of Licenses and Permission including the documentation and correspondence, from Various Authorities and dealing with the following Departments for different functions:
- Municipal Coproration/Jila Panchayat - Health/Trade Licenses, House/Property Tax, Sewage, Water, Enforcement etc.
- Police - Police Licence (Registration of an Eating House) from the Office of The Dy. Commissioner of Police (Licensing).
- Department of Tourism (Govt of India) : Approval/Re-approval and Classification/Re-classification of Restaurants and Hotels
- Delhi Pollution Control Committee - Obtaining the Consent from the Office of DPCC for the operation of Effluent Treatment Plant or Oil and Grease Trap in tune of pollution. (Water, Air and Noise)
- Fire NOC- No Objection Certificates from the office of The Chief Fire Officer.
- Electricity Department - Permission for taking electricity load, running and operating of DG Sets License.
- Development Authority : All kind of dealings with various departments in development Authority of the respective region. Obtain Amalgamation, change of user activity for all new & existing stores, if required.
- PFA Department (Prevention of Food and Adulteration) : Licenses and Nominations under Prevention and Food Adulteration Act, 1954
- Water Department : Applying & obtaining New Water Connections and Billing Problems.
- BSES/NDPL : New Electricity Connection, Applying for fresh/enhancement of Electricity Load, Billing Problems and Enforcement Departments for different matters.
- New Telephone Connections, Shifting Disconnections and Name changes in the records etc.
- Obtaining Society NOC and resolving issues with them, if any.

2. Ensuring that all the Licenses/ NOCs required for smooth operations are duly obtained/renewed for all the stores in the respective region.
