Job Description:
1. Attend to land / property matters of the Company, its associates, affiliates and subsidiaries.

2. Drafting Legal documents and legal notices.

3. Advising on legal issues pertaining to land/property laws.

4. Opine on land laws including Maharashtra Ownership of Flats Act, Development Control Rules, Maharashtra Land Revenue Code, other land and related laws.

5. Also conversant with other laws relating to property, trademarks, commercial contracts.

6. Adequate litigations experience, experience in preparing brief for Counsels and briefing senior counsels.

7. Ability to respond quickly and effectively to internal departments including Senior Management.
