Job Description:
Would be in charge of all the legal matters related with implementation of 400 kV/132 kV switchyard (about 20 bays) at Ahmedabad and 400 kV D/C Transmission lines (about 250 km) between Surat and Ahmedabad. He will have to handle all the matters related with legal notices and litigations for ROW, statutory licenses and permissions, legal aspects of contracts for material and services etc.

Desired Candidate Profile:
Should be a graduate from a prominent institute with post-graduate qualification in Law.

The candidate should have minimum experience of 15 years in the field corporate legal matters. Out of this, at least 10 years shall be in the position of lead person handling legal suits including ROW legal suits for a large outdoor project. He should be well conversant with the provisions of Indian Electricity Act and Rules.
