· Underwent a month long internship with GTL Limited. I was involved in the installation and maintanence of RF microwave antennae on nodes. Internship lasted from may 2009-june 2009.

Final Year Project:

Voice assisted Automatic Path Tracing using a microcontroller for the visually impaired using GPS Navigation Techniques.

Other Projects:
· Spread Spectrum Watermarking of Images-A spread spectrum watermarking scheme employing Walsh transform was implemented on XILINX SPARTAN 3E FPGA. Performance of the scheme in the presence of fading channels and Gaussian noise was analyzed. Channel and noise simulations were done using MATLAB.
· Line tracer robot-An 89c52 microcontroller based robot using IR LEDs and photodetectors to trace a white line on a black background or vice versa was built. The robot was presented at VISION 2008, an inter-college technical symposium organized by Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Anna University.
· Detection of Heart Ailments-Signal Processing techniques such as Fast Fourier Transform and Continuous Wavelet Transform were performed on the two heart sounds S1 and S2 to reveal the presence of certain types of heart ailments such as aortic coarctation, mitral stenosis, etc.,
· Simulation of Tapped Delay Equalizer – The effect of No of taps on BER was analysed using MATLAB. The Zero Forcing Algorithm was implemented along with ½ rate convolutional coding. The message signal was modulated with QAM.
Achievements and Honors:
· Completed IB certificate course in 12th grade with a grade of 6 in Physics (HL), 6 in Mathematics (HL), 6 in Biology (HL) and 5 in Chemistry (HL).
· Placed 2nd in the a class of 190 students with 95% marks in the exam conducted by the Board of Secondary Education of Indian Schools, Indonesia in my grade 12.
· Was part of the event management team for VISION ’08, a technical symposium held in my college.
· Have taken part in many extra curricular activities in College.
