JOB DESCRIPTION :
- Responsible for the smooth operations of the Town Plaza & Golf Academy & the Hookah Bar.
- Taking Care of Awadh Restaurant, Golf Academy Restaurant, Cine Corner, Board Room, Cigar Lounge, Cyber Café, and Ampitheater.
- Ensure Guest Histories are maintained & updated on daily basis, Controls Pilferage and breakage to effectively managed operation cost.
- Ensure overall cleanliness & maintenance including furniture & fixtures within the outlets, working areas and personal hygiene of staff.
- Boost Guest satisfaction thereby setting up high standards & quality service to the Guests.
- Co-ordination with other departments as kitchen, Housekeeping & Guest relations to avoid the Guest dissonance and streamline the operations.
- Ensure a professional work environment & that accurate up-to-date..
- Records are maintained (e.g. - Logbook, Reservation Register, Guest History etc).
- Schedules dining Reservations & Develop Guest Relations.
- Ensure Compliance with service standards according to guidelines established by the organization.
- To try and sale additional menu items to guest.
- Ensure prompt clearance and resetting of tables to maintain the décor of the place.
