- Thesis Title : Evaluation of Computational Genomic Programs for elucidation of QTL (Quantitative Trait Loci) with some oil seed.
- Expected Outcome : Many software is available for QTL Mapping but no one software is self sufficient to find the accurate location of gene. New algorithms have been added and produce accurate output. SmartQTL one of the web solution created by me.
- Result : Find the accurate location of gene through new FRMM algorithm. We propose the fuzzy regression analysis for handle the marker & trait data it will reduces the fuzziness of variable. So it will give more accurate solution of uncertain data. That will find the putative QTL through this algorithm. Presently we produce the SMARTQTL Web Solution to find the accurate location of gene. SmartQTL have implemented Fuzzy Regression Analysis.
