House (if the new student is a boarder).
7. Filling of all academic correspondence reports and
related documents in respective student file.
Term wise Tasks.
1. Issue of reports and transcripts-Supplementary reports
In the middle of the term1. And 2 for all new students
admitted at the beginning of that term, and all existing
students needing help in a particular subject; end of
term reports at the end of term1 and 2after the exams;
predicted grades and mock reports-in coordination with
IGCSE and IB coordinator. all these reports are duly
checked for accuracy and correctness, collated for each
student, A copy each made for the student file and the
respective boarding house. an additional copy is made of
supplementary reports for the form tutor.
