Job Description:
The person is responsible for lead generation via cold calls, e-mails meeting the planned numbers/targets and coordinating with the sales team.
He/She needs to make calls to the prospective customers, update the database in the software and provide the daily and weekly report.

Desired Candidate Profile:
The person should have excellent verbal communication skill(English,Hindi). He/she should be able to wok on MS-Excel & Internet to generate & manage the database. The Office timings are: 9:30am to 6:30pm.

Title : Design and fabrication of Bending Machine (Manually Operated)
Bending is a metal forming process used to permanently form pipes or tubing into the shape of die. Generally round stock is used for tube bending. One side effect of bending is the wall thickness changes. To overcome this, tube may be supported internally or externally. Often, stock tubing is held firmly in place while the other end is rotated and rolled around the die. Other forms including pushing stock through rollers that bend in to the simple curve or some tube bending processing, a mandrel is placed inside to prevent collapsing.

Value Stream Mapping (VSM) has become latest craze in manufacturing improvement. Without a good understanding of lean manufacturing principles, it will bring organizations no closer to minimizing wastes and achieving excellence than Kaizen did in early to mid nineties. This project mainly focuses on analyzing the no value added activities and parts & information flow, thereby eliminating the waste to improve the productivity along with reducing lead-time.

Automobile industries have shown a great interest in replacing metal to plastic parts, in order to reduce the cost & weight of the components. This can be achieved mostly be replacing metal component with plastic injection moulded components. This paper deals with one such case study of metal to plastic conversion of the automobile component piston cooling nozzle. In this paper finite element analysis of the component is carried out to find the stress and displacement of the final product. For modelling of the component PRO-E software is used. Pre processing work like meshing and analysis work is carried out in HYPERWORKS software.
