1. Inventory Management
- Working on SAP in MM Module in store &purchase dept.
- Complete the Annual Inventory counting & Reconciliation in specified time limit.
- Responsible for Inventory control, supply chain management, Premium freight, planning & supply to all 4 tractor plants of M&M.
- Conduct analysis of non-moving & slow moving parts on regular intervals
- Managing stock-take and cycle count activities effectively.
- End To End Reconciliation of Parts for Real Time Production Booking.
- Calculating weekly schedule adherence.
- Rejection Disposal.
- Maintaining FIFO in Stores for shelf life containing parts.
- Slow moving and non moving materials, work with shop personal to decide action plan for disposal/use
- Sheet metal painting declaration & dispatch in SAP system.
- Smooth feeding of bare sheet metal to paint shop as per IUTN plan..
- Ensure daily production targets in respective cell/line
- Ensure quality targets with respect to in process quality checks, quality checks & customer concerns

- Ensuring of smooth material flow from store /warehouse to production line through PRODUCTION KANBAN systems.
- Material issue to line as per pull list started & managing the same.
- Handling store activity for sheet metal part
- Smooth feeding of bare sheet metal to paint shop as per IUTN plan..
- Identifying areas of obstruction/ breakdowns and take steps to rectify the problems through application of troubleshooting tools.
- Make the system for Quality check & inspection of received material.
- Make the Plan for receiving of material according to urgency & regular route vehicles Eg ( DOL )
