    Job Description:
    1. Work with Senior Management to develop adhoc and scheduled corporate, marketing, sales and other reports as may be necessary.
    2. Uses appropriate company and vendor software and online systems to compile data and generate internal reports. Distribute to the appropriate users.
    3. Gather user requirements for new reports and enhancements to existing reports. Interpret needs and design/enhance reports to meet end user expectations.
    4. Test all new reports/report enhancements to ensure accuracy/integrity of data prior to releasing reports to the end user.
    5. Standardize report formats. Automate report process where possible.
    6. Update reports as needed – weekly, monthly, quarterly, etc. Ensure that reports are accurate and run in a timely manner. Export data from CRM systems; run reports.
    7. Strong data presentation of reporting data using reports, charts, and graphs.

    Desired Candidate Profile:
    1. At least 2 year’s related experience supporting management with strong technical skills using Excel, Word, and Powerpoint and other software tools and applications as necessary.
    2. At least 3 years experience working for an Internet or online based business.
