* To achieve reduction in rework and improving inprocess quality by usage of “Six Sigma tool”.

* Utilization of manpower as per CGPS i.e crompton greaves producton system norms with daily loading / recording / monitoring & reporting (MOP).
* To follow up with Engineering/maintenance for preventive/ breakdown maintenance, to restore machine to its normal working.
* Co-ordinate with materials / stores functions for proper flow of raw material for Lightning arrester manufacturing.


Experience in Vacuum Circuit Breaker Panels(VCB),
(10th Oct’2008 to 31st Dec’2008):-

* To ensure assembly of 11KV, 33KV Indoor Vacuume Circuit Breaker pannel.
* Utilization of vacuume circuit breaker manpower as per CGPS with daily loading / recording / monitoring & reporting (MOP).
