Job Description:
The selected candidate will be required to provide ongoing legal review and input to the firm- typically on client/vendor contracts, partnership agreements, etc. The candidate will also be the one point of contact with the firm’s external legal counsel on all corporate law matters.

Desired Candidate Profile:
Bachelors from a reputed law university- a Master’s degree would be preferred. Good written and spoken English skills, and above average communication skills. An ability to focus on business issues, and resolve them, as opposed to getting stuck in legal minutiae. Comply with all corporate policies and directives of PharmARC relating to Confidential Information
