    Key Responsibilities:
    * Defining the product startegy and raodmap.
    * Setting up and starting the full leisure operations.
    * Developing and implementing processes to ensure compliance with company policies/ procedures and continual process improvement for outbound tours.
    * Providing strategic and operational leadership for all outbound tours.
    * Work on ongoing development of the programme from itinerary level through to delivery overseas and to keep the programme in line with market requirements, suitability and company aims.
