Designation- Customer Service Executives-M/F
Job Category- Travel/ Airlines For Kingfisher Airlines
Location- Borivali-E (Near Tata Steel).
Minimum Educational Requirement: Graduates / 12th Passed
Essential Requirement:
* Candidate must have excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Hindi.
* Excellent Keyboard skills.
* People with confidence and ability to handle customers and provide only the best customer service.
* The job involves communication with guests over the phone for booking, reservations, ticketing and handling customer queries.
* Ability to work in a dynamic environment is essential.
* This is 24x 7 environment and requires working in shifts, including night shift.
Shift Timings.
7.30am to 3.30pm
8.30am to 4.30pm
9.30am to 5.30pm
10.30am to 6.30pm
4.30pm to 1.30am (1 week evening shift in a month)
12.00am to 8.00am (3 days night shift in a month)
Desired Profile WALK IN INTERVIEW: MONDAY to FRIDAY between 10.0am to 4.00pm

I found an online service, which provides online check in by giving the best seats preferred by us.
They send boarding pass by email.
