    my Job Description :-

    (1) Receiving of Materials through Purchase Orders and Call up Orders and preparing Material Arrival Advice to different Sections depending upon the nature of materials. Checking the materials in coordination with concerned Inspection Engineer and binning all the materials according to Item Groups in different designated locations.

    (2) Replying queries from Purchasing, Accounts Payable Department in respect of correct materials receipt, anomalies, if any and subsequent release of GRNs MDRs (Goods Receipt Note) / Materials Discrepancy Report.

    (3) Frequent contacts with Procurement Support Department for obtaining Materials Test Certificate, Materials Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) in respect of numerous Chemicals and forwarding the same to User Section Engineer for acceptance or rejection.

    (4) Issuing of materials (Spare Parts, Consumables, Chemicals, Lubricants etc.) to various Sections like Mechanical, Control, Electrical, Process etc. and maintaining the documentation.

    (5) Physical stock verification system versus physical quantity in order to ensure accuracy and minimize discrepancies.

    (6) Taking of inventory of all types of materials being utilized in the Plant and maintaining accurate records and file.
