Process/ Unit Operations
- Simple distillation, Column Distillation, Vacuum Distillation, Filtration. Simple to Multiphase complicated extractions, evaporation processes and other material transfer operations. Also handle Some R&D reactions and various types of critical chemical reactions (e.g. : Hydrogenation, Phosgene Reactions Etc.). Also gained the knowledge of Quality control process while working in Tablet Pharma Division.
Equipments Familiarization
- S.S. Reactors, glass lined reactors of various capacities, Centrifuges, N/ Filters, wiped film evaporators, Distillation Column, Vacuum pumps and material transferring pumps, Rota-vapor, Various types of Isolator etc.
