Job Description:
1. Jigs, Fixture & Gauge Design

2. Problem solving in Jigs & Fixtures tryouts.

3. Process planning for new products including process capability.

4. Process costing, Co-ordination with Tool Room & Production for Continuous Improvement activities & Process hand-over.

5. To lead a team of minimum 3 Tool Design Engineers

Desired Candidate Profile:
1. BE/DME/NTTF/POST DIPLOMA IN TOOL DESIGN

2. Minimum 3 years relevant experience in Design/Manufacturing of Jigs, Fixtures & Gauges

3. Good light precision machining process knowledge

4. Good problem solving skills

5. Experience on AutoCAD 2000 and Wildfire 3 desirable

6. Good communication and coordination skills

7. Proven expertise in leading a team
