Job Description:
Responsible for casting design of various ferrous grade such as cast & alloy steel, stainless steel, D2 Ni resist & non ferrous grade such as copper & nickel base.

Products handled should include Valves, pump casings, impellers, turbine blades, suction bell, discharge bowls. Should have thorough knowledge of using solidification simulation packages like Magmasoft, Softcast and CAD.

Should posses good analytical capabilities to handle foundry rejections for improvements. Should have good knowledge of various foundry processes including pattern estimations & machining. Should be able to work in a team and interact with shop floor people. Should have sound knowledge of casting defects.
