Job Description:
Creation of solid models and design of diecasting dies using Solidworks
&
Layout Inspection using 3D CMM and conventional instruments

Desired Candidate Profile:
Should have experience of creating solid models (any platform such as Solidworks, Pro E, I-deas, UG etc) and should have clear conceptual knowledge of Core & Cavity extraction
OR
Should have first hand working knowledge of 3D CMM and good understanding of fits, tolerances and layout inspection

SRS Diecasting Pvt. Ltd is a Gurgaon based, ISO:TS:16949:2002 certified manufacturer of aluminium diecast parts for the automotive, appliances and other engineering industries.
Customers include Eicher, Honda, LG, Mahle, Vibracoustics, Visiocorp and other demanding OEMs/Tier 1 suppliers.
Manufacturing facilities include
7 Buhler (Swiss) make pressure diecasting machines ranging from 160 tons to 400 tons with supporting facilities such as trimming presses, shot blasting & vibrofinishing.
Machine Shop with CNC Vertical Machining Centres, CNC turning centre and conventional drilling & tapping machines.
Paint Shop with facilities for pretreatment followed powder coating.
Current turnover is ~ Rs 180 million
