Job Description:
. Should be able to manage Projects independently right from the conceptualization stage, initial preliminary Documentation like Layout Diagrams, wiring diagrams, location diagrams, routing, setting the time frame etc.

2. Finalize this with the customer and get his approval.

3. Prepare final set of the above Drawings.

4. Get together the team and appraise them about the installation/project.

5. Prepare the Bill of Material required to complete the project.

6. Get things organized wherever any Design and Developmental work is involved.

7. Arrange to supply the material on time.

8. Get the wiring, layout etc., supervised and implemented. This wiring and layout may be done either by our own personnel or from the customer's side.

9. Check if the above is in line with the Drawings already made.

10. Proceed for installation work.

11. After completion of the installation check out the functionality.

12. Prepare necessary documentation for the above installation including Trouble Shooting tips if any,.

13. Conduct a Training Programme for all the users related to the project.

14. Prepare a full file on this installation/project for complete office reference.

3. To design any mechanical requirements wherever required for completion of projects.

This Project is aimed at developing automation for controlling the different parameters of a Boiler used in Industries. The DCS used is Centum CS 3000 R3 developed by Yokogawa.

In this project, a microcontroller is used for the design of a temperature controller. This microcontroller are provided with in built ADC (5 channel). This facility makes the design simple and accurate. In this system the operator can fix their temperature limits of their application in the field. - Specially engaged in commissioning of Belt Filter Press, HGMS, Knife Gate Valves, Control Valves, Solenoid valves, Actuators and Belt Conveyors In Pellet & beneficiation plant.
- Worked on all type of installing and maintenance work of Instrument equipment in blast furnace plant.
- Worked on feeder connection of DOL, R-DOL, Star-Delta, and three phase induction motor and all types Actuators in Blast furnace plant.
- Having knowledge of AC Drive make Yaskawa.
- Having knowledge of Air Compressors make ELGI.
- Erection, Maintenance, Calibration & troubleshooting of instrumentation system like Pressure, temperature, flow , level transmitters, control valves , solenoid valves, Thermocouples, RTD , weighing system etc.
- Erection, Maintenance & trouble shooting of electrical system like MCC, PCC etc.
- Having knowledge of Control valve both pneumatic & motorized.
- Having knowledge of Total instrument SID ,PELLET&MBF Division associated with PLC & DCS Systems.
