Job Description:
• At least 10 years experience in the automotive industry working with plastics.
• Experience in either fasteners or plastic trims
• Have a strong engineering background. Will work with engineers at customer site.
• Experience in costing up parts and price negotiation with customer. Will work with purchasing department.
• Experience in project management.
• Be organised and self disciplined.
• Should have knowledge of local (Pune) OEMs’ and tier suppliers.
• Good English, written and verbal skills.
• Good presentation skills, both PowerPoint and presenting in front of persons.
• Have high motivation and drive to work with a global organisation and to expand the business.

Desired Candidate Profile:
This role will be working with Indian OEM’s and Tier 1 suppliers based in Pune, primarily selling products by offering the customer engineered solutions to fastener requirements. The designs will either be carry-over European or USA designs, or be newly designed initially from Germany, until India sets up its own design department.
Project management will be a key skill required in this role, from price negotiations, guiding German designers on customer requirements, part trials on vehicles, coordinating and driving the company team to deliver highly engineered fastener solutions.
As they begin to develop accounts in India, relationships between other fastener units will become more important. Therefore candidate should have good English written and verbal skills.
