Job Description:
Compliance Manager will be responsible for assisting the US-based General Counsel (GC) in managing the firm’s compliance platform, including monitoring and auditing compliance policies and procedures, training employees on compliance, conducting due diligence reviews and routine audits on agents and third party intermediaries, and maintaining the company’s compliance records. The successful candidate will be able to coordinate effectively with other professionals in the global compliance department and with all levels of management. It is strongly preferred that candidate possess an undergraduate degree in business or finance, a law degree and 5 years experience in anti-corruption, anti-bribery or Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) compliance. The GC will consider a Senior Compliance Manager title for a candidate with exceptional experience, motivation and qualification.

Desired Candidate Profile:
• Effectively implement, monitor and audit the company’s employee, agent, intermediary, and customer expenditure compliance policies and procedures.
• Proactively conduct anti-corruption due diligence upon company agents and intermediaries and routine audits of their books and records to monitor compliance.
• Continue an energetic compliance training program for company employees, agents and partners and monitor in-person and online training performance.
• Promptly analyze new customer orders for compliance and GC approval; manage the company’s customer order vetting program.
• Promptly analyze proposed customer business expenditures for compliance with policy and, as necessary, approval by the GC and senior management.
• Monitor company email and manage the electronic search applications tracking programs involved .
• Develop improvements to existing compliance programs and propose new ones as appropriate to ensure that the company implements best practices.
• Apply the company’s compliance programs to new hires, additional business units, and newly acquired businesses.
• Maintain the company’s compliance records on an ongoing basis, directly and in coordination with compliance staff.
• Bring all concerns or reports of compliance violations to the GC’s attention and assist the GC investigate and resolve them.
• Assess company performance against compliance policies and procedures and prepare accurate and timely written reports with respect to compliance reviews for the GC.
• Interact with key business persons to smoothly implement applicable compliance procedures and policies when and as needed.
• Occasionally present to executives, the company's sales force, finance department and the company at large on key issues and ongoing adherence to the Compliance Program.
• Participate in Compliance Department meetings with the GC; document and follow-up with action steps.

Education and/or Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in business or finance, or a law degree (MBA, JD or post graduate education preferred).
• 5 years experience in anti-corruption, anti-bribery or Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) compliance (financial/forensic audit experience or experience with a international corporate compliance program preferred).

Software developed for freeing the user from some basic works like typing documents of reading the documents manually. With the technologies like SAPI and MAPI of Visual Basic this software is developed for multipurpose importance. There is no need for typing the document instead with the help of a mic and some proper adjustment, user has to just read out whatever he/she wants to write and the software in turn types it.
The second feature is that suppose you want to read a document our software gives you freedom from it you just concentrate on some other task and our software reads it for you. It greatly reduces the reading efforts my providing the facility for reading the document of its own.
The third and the most interesting feature of this software is inclusion of a media player in it. You can play any type of media file which is playable with Windows Media Player.
The fourth and last but not the least feature is that you can open any Microsoft application from our software, you just have to type the name of the application (i.e. calculator, MS Excel, MS Word, notepad etc) and it will open it for you.

Desktop Fay (Web Based Application) :
A user friendly GUI developed for reducing the access time of relevant information from the internet by a user. Software provides various modules which can automatically provide updates to the user as per his/her requirements. Various modules are added in one software which were not available previously.
First module is Stock Module. In this module User has to add company quotes and the software fetches the updates from respective sites. Software provides updates in a very precise and systematic way. Information like $change, %change, volume etc are provided for each quote in tabular form.
Second module is NEWS Module. Here with the help of RSS, NEWS is provided to the user but only the headline, main body and picture if present and with a link to transfer the user to main page from where the software is getting the news.
The third module is Email module. Here any mail update is notified .to the user for the logged in account .The best part of this module is that one can monitor multiple mail accounts . Google API is used as it is freely available for use.
