Job Description:
Primary Responsibility:
To provide recruitment expertise primarily to handle recruitment, bulk recruitment and technical staffing for project related business and closely work with business managers and branch managers for their recruitment needs
Identify and evaluate recruitment and organizational staffing needs.
Specific Responsibilities:
Provide support to the line managers for bulk and technical staffing requirement solutions
Advise the most appropriate recruitment channel and liaises with the agencies, web providers, headhunters etc.
Coordinate recruitment activities for cross-business / Location
Organizes and participates to the interview sessions to assess candidates skills and good match with the job profiles
Coordinate with local HR Managers on recruitment support and practices
Manage and monitor recruitment across business / location and data management and analysis in HRIS and follow up on recruitment activities
Provides necessary statistics to Senior Management
Set up recruitment best practices and tools for SGS Management
Negotiate with recruitment agencies and outsourcing manpower solution providers
Desired Candidate Profile:
Engineering graduate with MBA in HR is an assest.
Experience in recruitment management and process and in bulk and technical staffing for projects business.
Sound recruiting skills, knowledge of various recruiting methods and channels
Experience in service Industries particularly in techno-commercial/ Projects business activities will be an added advantage.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of SGS business lines and structure is an asset
Able to interact with all levels of Management and external providers
At ease with computer solutions
Predictive Index certification is an asset
Works well under pressure
Able to work independently and to coordinate several activities simultaneously
