1. Introduction of the organization : - Intervida is an international NGO with its head quarters in the country of Spain; they have been operating in India since the year 1998. They work towards improving the quality of life of individuals and communities.
2. Key Responsibilities handled : -
- Planning and organizing : was responsible for conceptualizing strategies and activities to reach out to maximum number of beneficiaries for achieving the developmental goals of the organization.
- Financial budgeting : designing annual budget templates for all planned activities across four territories.
- Coordination : taking effective measures to ensure coordination amongst team members for smooth functioning of the sector.

- Self help groups cluster formation :-Formed six clusters of self help groups in Pune and Velhe.
- Self help groups :- Managed and working with 200 self help groups across Pune, Nashik and Nagarcoil.
- Specific Research Assignments :
- Community Ownership of Village Plans through Micro-planning & Community Monitoring.( Census and Micro planning of villages 50 villages of Vellhe and ten villages of Nashik)
- A study on domestic violence. (To find the cause and intensity of domestic violence in 10 slums of Pune.)
- Livelihood plans for self help groups for their income generation.
- Baseline survey for RCH in fifty villages and twenty slums of Nasik and Pune.
- Management of the relief program after Tsunami 2004.

- Responsible for development of two hundred and seventy sanitary blocks in Kondwa community and total sanitation implemented in two villages in Vellhe.
