During the period 1989 to 93, for 4 years worked in Abu Dhabi for Umm-Al-Nar Refinery projects with Deutsch Babcock and from1985 to 89, 4 years worked in engineering and construction projects on secondment as field mechanical engineer for ARAMCO projects in Saudi including for execution of various short form, long term projects for piping system at ARAMCO-Ras Tanura Refinery, Jauyhima Gas plant, Safania Gas & Oil separation plant and on assignment for offshore facility projects in Marjan Oil Fields for rehabilitation / re-construction of collapsed Flare Stack along with 24” seabed gas line running from production platform including 4” purging line as an emergency shutdown project with the support of divers and various new construction and emergency projects in the including replacement of offshore 24”sub sea pipeline and crude oil production platform facilities in the capacity of shift crew team leader.

As regard to scope and extend of Piping and equipments EPC-construction projects executed in past and recently completed, my key achievements collectively as follows:
1) From 1994 to 1997, 1 have had worked on deputation (Secondment contract) with M/s. Fluor Daniel international on behalf of Fluor piping suptt. in the EQUATE (EIS), project as OSBL piping in-charge for the construction of new petrochemical project for Ethylene, Glycol and polypropylene manufacturing process plant piping system of various materials including C.S., Special alloy, SS., RTR and HDP material piping up 1300 PSI test pressure. Checked and controlled the piping route, alignment, controlled site erection, fit-up and welding, prepared test packages for hydro test and leak test of the systems, Inspected cement lined pipes field erection welding and joint patch up with cement. Controlled dimensional accuracy, alignment, plumpness, flange face squareness etc., at erection, reviewed test packages, segregated the piping system in such a manner based on line index, fluid list with reference to P&ID and in the aspects of material, insulated, un-insulated, painting cycle etc. Conducted ferrite test on welds and PMI tests with alloy analyser, SS. and C.S. piping surface preparation / chemical cleaning before painting or insulation, prepared and completed the punch list item for pre-commissioning and commissioning. Executed project for MEW Power house at Subiya for GRP/RTRP 24"piping more than 40 km. linear length and other various size GRP piping from Seawater intake to new desalination plant including 12”,8”,6” GRP piping branch connection / drain lines in the facility in the capacity of site construction manager to sub-contractor M/s. Amiantit, Saudi on behalf of Doosan Engineering & Construction Company. Performed management and overall controlling of site fabrication, installation including site survey, establishing final underground route coordinates & elevation as per AFC drawings by means of re-routing / replacing existing fire water ring mains along with fire-hydrants, butterfly valves, new pipe line trenching, bed preparation, installation of GRP pipe spools along the excavated trench, final alignment, inspection and hydro testing of individual rubber seal 24”, 20” field coupling joints, visual and hardness test inspection of lamination joints, check line integrity and hydrotesting, back fill compaction and pre-commissioning works.
2) Executed EPC project for procurement, installation and commissioning of API 610 centrifugal pumps more than 70 units up to 1050 M3 / hr. capacity including D.E.Pumps, vertical booster pumps of various type & make: Sulzer-Germany, Ebara-Japan, Meckley pumps, Reddy Buffalo and Patterson-USA in previously executed EPC projects for KNPC and KOC including pump selection, proposal, clarifications and approval on final data sheets & drawings for pumps, witness factory performance and string test, construction of pump civil foundation with anchor bolts, site installation works, tie-in with piping system, pre-commissioning / commissioning activities including simulation tests to confirm performance of newly installed pumping system incorporated with the existing fire fighting systems and subsystems in the facility.
3) Executed project for construction of 3 Nos.new API 650 storage tanks 10,000 M3 capacities with
conventional and hydraulic jacking system ( For storage of Gas Oil, Wash water and fire water respectively) for MEW-Mina Al-Zour power house expansion project of 1000MW new GTs Executed rehabilitation project for 4 numbers crude oil storage tanks inside MGC, JO-Wafra, fabrication installation of additional 4 numbers inlet & outlet nozzles on existing tanks shell at SUG, Joint Operations, Wafra.
