Duties & Resposibilities:


- Raising of relevant for inspections with the relevant verifying documents
- Ensuring that the various QC procedures relating to verification of materials and products are implemented in a correct and timely manner
- Assignment of QC inspectors duties checking reports and assisting QA/QC manager
- Certification of all QC documents and reports for final hand over
- Inspecting the work as per specifications latest approved drawing and approved relevant documents
- To carry out of all inspections witnessing,monitoring,suveilance,etc., As per the requirement of ITP
- Preparation of RFI for all site activities and their follow up on site in addition to follow up independent laboratories for material testing and sampling on site
- Checking materials received at site and raising material receiving inspection request
- Performing site inspections and preparation of inspection check list and test plan including implementation and maintaining records of quality documents
- Any non-conformity observed/noticed on site shall immediately be reported to the concerned personnel for immediate rectification/correction. Incase rectification/correction are not immediate possible a ”non conformance report” will be raised and the non conformance log updated
