Job Description:
1. Drafting and vetting of legal documents, Mou’s, NDA’s, Licensing agreements, Expertise in general contract drafting
2. Knowledge of IPR (Intellectual Property Rights) and Corporate Law necessary.
3. Exposure to media related contract an advantage.
4. Good analytical abilities.
5. Team Player.
6. Research oriented approach towards updation on case law research.
7. Should be able to extract legal opinion from free databases.
8. Exposure to IPO and ESOP issues. Must be familiar with SEBI rules and regulations.
9. Good negotiation skills
10. Write, review, and edit reports, opinions, correspondence, articles, and other documents.
