    Looking after the compliance and legal assignment of the company as regards to:-


    1) vetting the legal agreements/contracts
    2) legal aspects of arrangements with vendors

    Desired Candidate Profile:
    Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor of Law in Law or equivalent.
    At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

    I am Monika K Salwan..having experience of 8 years in litigation. I am a law graduate from Campus Law Centre, Law Faculty of Delhi..(2003) and having good exposure of Court of 6 years and also having Corporate Litigation experience as i worked as an Assistant Manager -Legal with Aviva Life Insurance Company India Ltd, Gurgaon from May 2009 to November 2010 looking all the legal matters of the Company.
