1. Knowledge of working for Right to Information act (RTI)
2. Handling drafting, vetting of documents viz. agreements relating to property, vendor agreements, etc
3. Providing Legal Opinion and guidance to the Council on routine as well as on vexing/ complex legal issues/queries either through himself/herself or taking expert opinion from external consultants, if required.
4. Interaction with the team of the other party / vendors to negotiate terms and explain apprehensions during appointment of vendors and legal agreements.
5. Interaction with the external counsel of the party / vendors, so as to present the views of the Council and work in tandem to protect the best interests of the Council
6.Undertake any & all such activity (ies) related to, arising from and in connection with all of the above

Desired Candidate Profile:
Skills:
-Academically brilliant, hardworking, self motivated law graduates with 2 to 4 yrs of experience with excellent communication skills in English both oral and written.
-Candidates working in Law Firms reputed for drafting and vetting of documents or in prominent companies will have weightage.
-Candidates with extensive experience in drafting and vetting will have added advantage.
-Ability to work and deliver within timelines.
- Ability to draft independently and expeditiously
- Computer and Internet savvy
Required Qualifications:
-LLB from a reputed Institute/University with Drafting and Vetting experience as a pre-requisite. Must have working exposure and experience in corporate / company law.
