    Job Description:
    Responsibilities:

    Candidate should be skilled in the art of: drafting patents, familiar with claim construction, filing applications, filing divisionals, amending claims, re-issues, performing in-depth prior art searches, constructing claim charts, patent validity opinions, freedom to proceed, infringement opinion, etc.

    - Organizing international dockets for multinational corporations. Where each patents was filed, when payments are due, expected time of issue, etc.

    - Assist with gathering information on competitor capabilities as it related to IP.

    Desired Candidate Profile:
    Graduate degree in Law. Undergraduate degree in English and/or Engineering. Graduated in top 5% of class – official transcripts need to be attached and submitted with resume. At least two reference need to be included – 1 from school and 1 from work experience.

    - Should be well versed in the English language.

    - Has at least 3+ years with law firm. Specific concentration must be in patent law.
