Job Description:
• Provide legal support to be the primary source of legal advice for business.
• To advise Management on legal pronouncement / development.
• Handle all litigation & non-litigation matters, arbitration Petition filed by or against Company.
• To interact & co-ordinate with Lawyers / Solicitors in the process of legal proceedings in various Courts.
• Drafting & Vetting all kinds of Agreement, Contracts, MoUs LOI, Tenders.
• Documentation, Bank Guarantees, Term sheets, Shareholder Agreements.
• Draft, negotiate & finalize the customer contracts, Joint Venture agreements, share purchase agreement.
• To assist Company in Developing deal structures for new Acquisition and Joint Ventures.
• Keep abreast of or updated with various rules & regulation and bring it to the notice of the concerned for compliance. Plan, develop & implement the requisite systems & procedures for the compliance of legal rules & regulations at all levels.

Desired Candidate Profile:
Candidate must be L.L.B. / L.L.M. with practicing experience atleast of 5 years and atleast 3 years with Corporate at Manager Level. He should have sound knowledge of Corporate laws & skill of applying of those in daily practice.
