Job Description:
The candidate should have the desired job profile. • Ideally, extensive experience in land acquisition – preferably related to telecoms industry and telecom Sites, substantial knowledge of state and municipal rules regulations and market practice, liaising with COAI, DoT, TRAI – an advantage, ability to maintain good relations with relevant authorities. • Substantial experience in drafting and vetting of Lease/License Deeds as well commercial and contractor agreements. • Arbitration and dispute resolution experience especially land and tenancy disputes. • Broad knowledge of property law issues. • Ability to liaise with external counsel on any litigation and proceedings vis-à-vis government authorities (including local authorities – e.g. MC, UDA, DTP) and other corporate matters. • Experience in telecom market transactions – advantage. • Extensive experience as an in-house counsel, preferably in construction/ infrastructure/ telecoms industry, or an attorney for a large law firm. • Experience in leading of legal teams/department.

Desired Candidate Profile:
The candidate should have a Minimum experience of 6 yrs. He should be working as a Sr Legal Advisor with Experience in Telecom / Infrastructure / Real state.
